Pilates

Mat-based Pilates is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. QiGong

Qigong is a centuries old Chinese mind-body-spirit practice, which involves a system of exercises and healing techniques. It is a practice that can improve one’s mental and physical health by integrating coordinated body movements, regulated breathing, self massage, and meditation. Many styles and schools of qigong exist. Qi stands for “subtle breath” or “vital energy” and Gong stands for “skill cultivated through steady practice”. Come get your Qi on!
