What is the Refined Method?

The Refined Method is an hour long barre class. Barre is a full body strength and sculpting class. Half of the class will be dedicated to front and back body core work that is deeply rooted in creating correct spinal alignment, functionality, and strength. Each Refined Method Barre class is designed to sculpt the muscles with high repetitions using light weights, resistance bands, and/or body resistance. Once the muscle is worked to fatigue, a period of stretch follows to create length and flexibility. Each class has modifications built in for all levels.
